SIMPACT - Associated Partners

To broaden the scope of SIMPACT in terms of integrating more social innovation stakeholders, sourcing of innovative ideas, disseminating and valorising the project's outcomes, eight associated partners expressed their interest to join the project's activities without financial support of the Commission.


AP1 - DESIS

Network of design labs, based in design schools and design-oriented universities, actively involved in promoting and supporting sustainable change; its major aim is to use design thinking and design knowledge to trigger, enable and scale-up social innovation.

AP2 - ASHOKA

Founded in 1980 ASHOKA is a global organization that identifies and invests in leading social entrepreneurs & individuals with innovative and practical ideas for solving social problems; 3,000 Fellows in over 70 countries around the world.

AP3 - UNECE

UNECE's mission is to promote pan-European economic integration; Gender mainstreaming including gender impact assessment and gender statistics, is one UNECE's major work areas; ageing populations, generations and gender as well as sustainable development.

AP4 - ENoLL

ENoLL is both an open community and a legal non-profit association of benchmark Living Labs in Europe and worldwide with a sustainable strategy for enhancing innovation on a systematic basis. It aims to support co-creative, human-centric and user-driven research, development and innovation in order to better cater for people's needs.

AP5 - MindLab

MindLab is a Danish cross-ministerial innovation unit involving citizens and businesses in creating new solutions for society. They work with the civil servants in the Ministry of Business and Growth, the Ministry of Taxation and the Ministry of Employment covering broad policy areas that affect the daily lives of virtually all Danes; function as a platform for co-creating better ideas.

AP6 - SozialMarie

The objective of SozialMarie is to make innovative social ideas and their realisation known to a broad public. By means of this prize, Unruhe Private Foundation encourages networking amongst social projects. About 1700 socially innovative projects have been submitted since the first SozialMarie edition in 2005 and 120 of these have won awards.

AP7 - European Business Summit

European Business Summit, Europe's key meeting place for business leaders and decision makers, where Business and Politics Shape the Future. Every year, the EBS attracts more than 2,000 participants from over 60 countries, including: European Commissioners, Prime Ministers, high-ranking individuals and about 200 journalists.

AP9 - Forum PA

FORUM PA is a company specialised in public relations and institutional communication. It fosters meetings and debates among public administration, companies and citizens about innovation themes through the creation of communities, studies researches, multimedia communication, events, meetings and training. The main activity of FORUM PA is the Expo: from 23 years, FORUM PA is the point of reference for innovation and modernisation in public administration.
